Where do you ship?
We support worldwide shipping, and delivery availability for specific destinations will be confirmed at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Orders below EUR 89.00 are charged a EUR 5.99 shipping fee. Orders of EUR 89.00 or more qualify for free shipping. For domestic orders within Italy, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.
When will my order ship?
Orders for all countries are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
How long does delivery take?
Under normal circumstances, delivery to all countries/regions typically takes approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time, so the estimated total delivery time is usually 8–16 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Do I need to pay duties or VAT?
Please refer to the checkout page or the destination country’s local requirements for any applicable taxes, duties, VAT, or import-related charges.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order requires address review or manual verification, CCD GROUP COMMERCIALE SOCIETA' A RESPONSABILITA' LIMITATA SEMPLIFICATA may contact you to update the shipping address or confirm cancellation if delivery cannot be completed as requested.
What is your return window?
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please contact [email protected] for return authorization before sending any item back.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we confirm a wrong, missing, damaged, or defective item, we will provide the appropriate resolution according to our instructions.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing components, please follow the steps below:
- Inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us within 5 days after receipt at [email protected].
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- Include a brief description of the issue.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Bank or payment provider posting time may vary.
What currency do you use?
We use Euros (EUR) as the transaction currency for order settlement. The final order total will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
